O.o Oops. I was having some trouble getting it drawn correctly, so I think in all the confusion of switching the directions of the pencils...I accidentally drew it in the opposite direction that I meant. ^^;
...Awesome!
This is good! The way she did the panels is actually okay. The trick is to have the top panel be noticed FIRST before the second. Things like this are exceptions to the basic rules. This is what I consider advanced paneling work. You are improving unusually quick. Making comics isn't THAT hard. It just requires experience from a good amount of practice. I'm impressed!
Wow!
Hey, that's great! It literallly exploded in my face! BRI!! ^^ I like the panelling here, too. I don't see why its in the oppostie direction, tho. Nice job!
I was mostly thinking of print when I said that, actually; also it would help emphasize the direction of motion in the first panel.
And on second thought, a borderline for the first panel wouldn't be all that necessary; a sholou-ish fade to white to the bottom of the page would work just fine and dandy. Although I admit, that would be a little fancy. =p
Soem more perspective shots would be nice, though, maybe an ants-eye-view shot in the first panel...? I dunno, really. What you have works, though. =)
I didn't think I could draw them hugging at all. Lex is supposed to be really weirdly normal, if that makes any sense. The rest of the crew are weirdly...weird...because they come from completely different cultures and dimensions. Lex and Bri come from similar dimensions, but their personalities are polar opposite. I wanted this to remain simple...now I just wish I hadn't gotten the stupid pencils mixed around! X__X
